We are a diverse group of over 20 professionals with years of real estate, finance and housing sector experience. The team includes specialists in asset management, investing, transactions, systems, advisory and an integrated technical team.
Rob is a non-executive and vice-chairman of the Resolute Group, providing advisory support to the RESAM team and a select group of Clients. He also holds a non-executive position at a non-profit registered provider, sitting on their investment committee advising on development and asset management activities.
Previously he was a principal in real estate private equity, involved in fund raising, investment, and restructurings in Europe and emerging markets. Prior to this he was a real estate lawyer for 8 years at Clifford Chance and Allen & Overy in London. He holds a B.Commerce and LLB from the University of Queensland, Australia
Elliot is a Junior Asset Manager based in our London office. Elliot is responsible for creating and executing targeted asset-level value enhancement strategies for large residential portfolios and managing the disposals process by way of portfolio transactions and individual property sales.
Before joining Resolute, Elliot gained experience working in commercial asset management in Central London.
Elliot graduated from the University of Reading, where he studied for an MSc in Real Estate.
Tariq is a Graduate in the London office and supports the business development and asset management activities of the Resolute Group. Tariq has previous industry experience interning at PGIM Real Estate within the Equity Transactions team. He studied BSc Economics and Accounting at the University of Southampton and was awarded a 1st class and Dean’s list award for his academic achievements.
James leads the execution teams at RESAM and has led on all projects since 2017, having first gained experience across each of Resolute Group’s business lines. His experience with RESAM clients includes consulting on portfolio-wide strategic challenges and the implementation of transformational change across their operating businesses.
James holds a BA in Business Finance from Durham University as well as a Masters in Real Estate Investment and Finance from the University of Reading.
Valeene is the Senior Architect in the Development Team in London, responsible from the initial stage of schematic design, tendering, contract administration, liaising with planning authorities, consultants, and contractors on various scale projects.
She has 15 years’ experience in Architecture and Construction in the UK, working on redevelopment projects for Schroders, LaSalle Investment Management and Matterhorn Capital, Barclays, Swarovski, and Lloyds Banking Group.
Valeene holds a BA, Diploma and Master’s in Architecture from South Bank and London Metropolitan University. She is registered as an architect with the Architects Registration Board (ARB).
Charlie is an Associate in our Asset Management team, based in London. He has worked on various public sector mandates over the last 4 years, as well as being engaged on other distressed portfolios, with a range of asset classes.
Charlie has experience of comprehensive portfolio reviews for several Housing Associations, leading on market research and liaising with industry professionals, also underwriting business plans and optimising disposal channels. Charlie graduated from the University of Melbourne with a BSc in Property and is currently studying a part-time postgraduate course at Oxford University
Joe is a Senior Associate within the Asset Management team, based in London. Joe leads on one of Resolute’s mandates, overseeing various strategic asset management initiatives as well as portfolio underwriting and transaction management.
With nearly 20 years experience in the property sector, Joe has previously worked within fund management overseeing Residential Portfolio operations and disposal, and most recently at a family owned PRS operator managing their portfolio and all associated external 3rd parties.
